Since all our services and products are custom made to order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless manufactured or printed material has defects in quality and workmanship in accordance with industry standards. If refund is granted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
